1. What we collect

• Account info — name, email, phone number, and (for detailers) business details you provide.
• Booking info — service address, vehicle details, appointment times, and service history.
• Payment info — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Content you add — reviews, photos, notes, and profile content.

2. How we use it

To run the platform: creating and managing bookings, sending booking notifications by SMS and email, processing booking fees and payments, showing detailer profiles to customers, and improving the product. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

• Your detailer / your customer — when a booking is made, each party sees the details needed to perform the service (name, phone, address, vehicle).
• Service providers — Stripe (payments), Supabase (data hosting), Vercel (app hosting), and our SMS/email providers, each only to provide their service.
• Legal — if required by law or to protect the platform and its users.

4. Client relationships belong to the detailer

A core principle of AutoDetailClub: customer relationships belong to the detailer, not the platform. We don’t market competing detailers to a detailer’s existing clients.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. To delete your account and personal data, email us — we’ll process the request within 30 days, except records we’re required to keep (e.g., payment records).

6. California residents

California law (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We don’t sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA. To exercise any right, email us at the address below.
