1. What AutoDetailClub is

AutoDetailClubis a marketplace platform that connects customers with independent mobile auto detailing professionals (“detailers”). We provide booking, scheduling, payment, and business tools. We do not provide detailing services ourselves.

2. Detailers are independent businesses

Every detailer on AutoDetailClub is an independent business — not our employee, agent, or contractor. Detailers set their own services, prices, schedules, and service areas. The service agreement for any detailing job is between you and the detailer. AutoDetailClub is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the quality, safety, timeliness, or outcome of services performed.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to use AutoDetailClub.

4. Booking fees and payments

Booking through AutoDetailClub requires a booking fee, processed securely by Stripe. The booking fee reserves your appointment time and is retained by AutoDetailClub; it is not a payment toward the service and is not passed to the detailer. The full service price is paid directly to the detailer at the time of service, by whatever payment methods that detailer accepts.

Some detailers also accept card payment of the service price through the platform. In that case the card price shown includes a card-processing amount, and the detailer’s payout is reduced by a processing share disclosed to them at setup. Paying the detailer directly in cash or by transfer is always available at the price they set.

The booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel or do not appear for your appointment. If the detailer declines or cancels your booking, the booking fee is refunded in full. Cancellation terms for the service itself are set by the detailer.

5. Reviews

Reviews must reflect your genuine experience with a completed booking. We may remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or unrelated to the service performed.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including circumventing fees, scraping data, harassing users, submitting false bookings or reviews, or using the platform for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AutoDetailClubis provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of detailers or customers.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use AutoDetailClub after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
